Carrera soccer teams place second in Kansas
Three Carrera Soccer Club teams were finalists at the Midwest All Girls Tournament on Oct. 16-17 in Overland Park, Kan. The 12-and-under team competed in the 13-year-old division, gave up just one goal in its first five games and placed second.

Despite a 10-4 advantage in shots, the Arizona State women’s soccer team saw its winless streak extended to four games following a 2-0 loss at Oregon on Sunday. The Sun Devils are now 8-6-3 (2-4-1 Pac-10) while Oregon improved to 7-8-3 (3-3-1 Pac-10).
